Bad Delivery & No Refund
Feb 7, 2019 I ordered for Feb 14th Valentines delivery,. spent $55+ for Strawberry gift for sig other, spent $17.99 standard delivery, $14.99 for guarantee by the14th, as well as $14.99 for guarantee delivery Valentines morning.
Delivery made on the 15th of February (Friday) around 3:30PM to my place of business. I left the office at 3PM and did not return until Tuesday, the 19. Note: the office does not open on the weekend and Monday was a holiday. When I got home Tuesday evening the Strawberry were spoiled.
I called customer service on Wednesday and got a boiler room style representative by the name of John or Jon. He did not speak English very well, and it was extremely difficult understanding him. After several requests asking him to repeat what he was saying, I understood he was going to credit my account the full amount less the shipping charges. I asked for an email confirmation and I was told it will be sent.
I never received the email confirmation nor has the refund credited to my CC. I called again on Thursday, the 21st, got another boiler room rep, and was told it may take a few days for the funds to be credited to my account. I asked him to resend the email confirmation that was previously promised. He said their system does not allow him to resend an email.
I find this to be very strange. Today is Friday, the 22nd and I have not received my funds nor have I received an email confirmation This is a very bad company to do business with, and I want ask people to stop dealing with this company. They are crooks. PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.
Radio station should refrain to taking on ads for this company. I will continue attempt to get my refund even if I have to keep call them, and eventually speak to someone in authority.
The strawberries arrived frozen and rotten inside, impossible to eat!
