This place sucks
I placed an order for Valentine’s Day delivery two weeks in advance now I find out it won’t be delivered until February 15 and I paid extra to have it delivered on Valentine’s Day tried to call I was on hold for 45 minutes so I just hung up and when I tried calling back it keeps disconnecting me I will never do business with this company again they are a joke

I heard Sean Hannity advertise Sherries Berries on his radio show (Patriot) and it sounded like a pretty good deal, so I went ahead and placed an order. Since the double order was supposed to be such a great deal (only $9.99 for the extra order), I figured why not.
I noticed that once I entered the promo code "Hannity", I'd get the pricing of $19.99 + $9.99 for the whole lot. I figured I'd have to pay a little more for the shipping, but I was OK with that. They gave me an option of a guaranteed delivery before noon for an additional $14.99. So, by rights, the total should have come to $44.97 + any applicable taxes.
I ended up paying over $70.00! I could have bitched and complained about it, but I'm just one of those consumers that will NEVER order any of their products again because of their bait-n-switch practices. My wife actually loved them.
I'm actually surprised that Hannity would promote a company with little or no integrity. I will never buy from them again, nor will I ever promote their product.

Same thing happened to me.
SAME HERE. I have invested 2 hours and 9 minutes being on hold at various times today.
I was disconnected 5 TIMES. I finally got through and will be getting a total refund.
The person I spoke to refused to let me speak to a supervisor and would not provide me with an ID number. I will NEVER use this service again.
