This place sucks

I placed an order for Valentine’s Day delivery two weeks in advance now I find out it won’t be delivered until February 15 and I paid extra to have it delivered on Valentine’s Day tried to call I was on hold for 45 minutes so I just hung up and when I tried calling back it keeps disconnecting me I will never do business with this company again they are a joke

SAME HERE. I have invested 2 hours and 9 minutes being on hold at various times today.

I was disconnected 5 TIMES. I finally got through and will be getting a total refund.

The person I spoke to refused to let me speak to a supervisor and would not provide me with an ID number. I will NEVER use this service again.

I'm very upset after calling customer service with no help. Also I struggled to understand what the agent said due to her constantly mumbling and breathing in the mic. Along with this I am not pleased with getting charged double on the shipping rates as they were going to the same household for my ill mother and grandmother. And on top of that the site continued to glitch, taking off my coupon codes and making me enter the credit card information multiple times. Over all very unhappy, will not be using this again.

Not delivered as promised

Ordered chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Paid extra cost and at 4:30 on that day got a email stating could not deliver that day. This is not acceptable to make promises and not follow thru. Next day is just a little late when you pay extra. You state will give me $10 back. I paid $30 extra to be delivered on time. I will keep posting negative feedback and never use again

Melted candy when I received it

I bought a box of chocolates for Mother's Day last year. I got them in the mail, gave them to my mother on Mother's Day, and the complete box was melted. I called you and you did nothing about it, so I never will call this place again. I don't think I got my money back either. It was a very expensive box of chocolates, too. What can I do about this ? Can I get my money back ? I keep getting e-mails from you, and I don't know why. Please e-mail this time to see what can be done about this. Thank you. Susan Arcuri.

Not worth the price

I have gotten Shari's berries before and they have been excellent. My husband got them for me this year and they were very bad. The strawberries were small, they were not very ripe and not juicy. They had melted some in the box also. I was so disappointed, because they had been so good before. This will be the last time we will pay such a high price for such a poor product.

Company failed to deliver

On Valentines Day thousands of people never received their orders. or their orders were destroyed. You can view it all on their facebook page.. We all tried to contact them and they would hang up after you sit on hold for several minutes close to an hour. They are not responding. I will be reporting them to my credit card company. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!

They promised delivery on 2/14 and I paid extra for delivery on time. They waited until the last minute to tell me that I should get it on 2/15, but only after I called them for update. They did not offer any refund until I insisted, then they finally agreed after I complained. They promised to email able refund within 30 minutes but to took over a hour. They said the refund will be in 4 to 5 business days, but the charged me in full today. Also I had to call 11 times and was hung up on several times. Shari's Berries cannot be trusted.

I ordered early so they would arrive on 13 th.This was for my 91 yr old mother in law who looks forward to me sending her flowers and treats every year.I went thru what everyone else did today.Difference is I have a experienced shipping department who spent alot of time tracking and end results was the berry scammers plainly said a agent would contact me.We all know that's not going to happen.The tracking number was also wrong.I believe on purpose.I am personally looking into interstate fraud due to to consistency of everyone's complaint.I will dispute charges and recoup my money but I will spend some to pursue people who ruined so many folks special time...I suggest everyone else does too... I ordered my strawberries at the beginning of February and paid extra to have them delivered on the 14th before noon. When they did not arrive, I called to get information and tracking. They then said my delivery had been rescheduled. The person on the phone was so hard to understand that I’m not even sure why it was rescheduled. So I cancelled the whole order, my mother isn’t going to get anything on this special day. And I’ll never order again.

Received strawberries they were not ripe

Received Green strawberries covered in chocolate. No refund offered, I was offered a 30% percent off on a product that cost at least $29.99. Making me buy a product that I was dissatisfied with --that is not customer service will not be shopping her3 again.

Today is Valentines Day and I ordered two dozen strawberries almost 2 weeks ago for Valentines Day to be delivered for my girlfriend at work. They NEVER came!!!! I also paid extra for an early delivery by noon today as well. Ordering from a company so well known as this and they RUIN someone’s surprise for Valentines Day is completely unacceptable!!! Will NEVER order from them again!

There are two orders. One order should have been received before noon paid the for the morning delivery fee and still nothing it's 5:20pm at an office waiting for a delivery. Second package hasn't been delivered either. At this point a refund needs to be done. By the time they get the delivered Angry the damn things will have spoiled. Angry Angry ***

Good product, bad billing practices

I heard Sean Hannity advertise Sherries Berries on his radio show (Patriot) and it sounded like a pretty good deal, so I went ahead and placed an order. Since the double order was supposed to be such a great deal (only $9.99 for the extra order), I figured why not.

I noticed that once I entered the promo code "Hannity", I'd get the pricing of $19.99 + $9.99 for the whole lot. I figured I'd have to pay a little more for the shipping, but I was OK with that. They gave me an option of a guaranteed delivery before noon for an additional $14.99. So, by rights, the total should have come to $44.97 + any applicable taxes.

I ended up paying over $70.00! I could have bitched and complained about it, but I'm just one of those consumers that will NEVER order any of their products again because of their bait-n-switch practices. My wife actually loved them.

I'm actually surprised that Hannity would promote a company with little or no integrity. I will never buy from them again, nor will I ever promote their product.
