STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, I ordered a cheesecake trio for my girlfriend 2 weeks before Valentine's day. on the day of, they said it was delivered at 6pm, it actually arrived at 8pm, and what I received was NOT WHAT I ORDERED, i spent $80 on 3 cheese cakes and got 9 little bites that tasted like RANCID cream cheese. It gave her an instant sugar headache and bubble guts. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH 1800FLOWERS AGAIN!!!

I placed my order a week ago. You failed to deliver my delivery to my girlfriend by the end of the day. Now, she thinks I forgot. I contacted you using the virtual chat and the live rep asked for a few minutes to review my chat with the bot, but he never returned. I called your customer service hone number where a rep put me on hold 24 minutes ago. This has been a total customer service disaster all the way around and it is still unresolved.

Customer Service Rep refused to provide customer service

I received a voicemail from 1800flowers.com stating hello this is Grace...I would like to speak to you regarding your order number ...instructing me to call 866-521-****. I called this number on 12/21/23 at 9:16 pm.

I spoke with a man, I did not understand his name. He asked for the name of the recipient. I explained that I submitted 3 orders today, the order number does not match any of my orders and I do not know who the recipient is. He refused to give me any information regarding the problem, the product, the recipient, or even the state the order was going to.

I asked to speak with his supervisor 3 times. 3 times he told me his supervisor would tell me the same thing. I insisted to speak with his supervisor. He finally connected me with supervisor ...

who immediately provided all of the information I asked for.

Why does your customer service rep think it's okay to refuse to provide information for an order that I am paying for? The website does not provide an avenue to write a formal complaint.

Still waiting for customer service to contact me after contacting them several times.

Not a single order I have placed this year has been delivered. I paid extra for expedient delivery and the delivery was reschedule 3-4 times each order and then never delivered at all. Of course, I was still charged. I have spent hours contacting customer service. They just keep rescheduling it but then never deliver it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had ordered in past years and never had an issue. This company has changed and now seems more like a scam than anything.

Ordered products for mother's day, reciecved 3 days later, and in the worst condition that I have seen in my life. Gave them a second chance as the agent wanted to redeem the company. Reciecved the second order 4 days later and in even worst condition. The FedEx delivery is trash also. Both times never knocked on door to let me know the product was sitting in the hot sun. Both times are the only time this has happened.

Want unsubscribed from Sheri's Berries email ads.

I cannot locate an "unsubscribe" option on Sheri"s Berries ads. I attempted an expert chat on their website and was linked to a page where, their "expert" response required me to pay $1.00. I find this contemptuous. My next email will be to the Better Business Bureau. I don't believe a business should be able to send continuous website ads to people who have never interacted with their company and is unlikely to do so in the future.

I placed an order on 11/21/2022 for chocolate covered strawberries for my dad for Christmas. They were to be delivered on 12/23. They were delivered on 12/26 and looked terrible. It was so embarrassing. The card on the delivery said delivered on 12/23 even though it wasn't.
