I believe that this company takes orders regardless of whether they can fill them on time. Then when they don't deliver on time, they just try to push the delivery date back, as if it didn't matter what date you had wanted the gift delivered. What matters to them is revenue ONLY! Their customer service is ridiculous - layers of people who you can't understand and who work very hard to not give you a refund, even though the company did not deliver on their product. JUST SAY NO!!

Customer service gave me a full refund and a $25 site credit.

I placed an order on August 18th for delivery on August 23rd, for a birthday gift. The order never arrived. When I called Sharis Berries - they said the contractor claimed they came to the house but no one was there. First of all, I provided a phone number for the recipient in the event of an issue...a call was never placed to them. A call was not placed to me either. Secondly, there was no notification left at the door as well, letting recipient know an order was attempted. These are all simple ways this could have been avoided - - but the contracted delivery business was lazy and unprofessional, thereby leaving my family member to feel that we had forgotten their birthday. I called Sharis Berries and requested a refund. I know it is not the direct fault of Sharis Berries, but ultimately, they are the ones choosing these contractors. I am very sad this turned out this way and probably will not use Sharis Berries in the future. I mean, they had one job to do ... and failed.

Let's summarize - a tragic event happens in a friend's life. I send a 'Thinking of You Basket' for 30 Oct. The delivery date is changed to NOVEMBER 27th without any notice. I call Sharri's and I'm told the basket will be delivered the next day (1 Nov) with a $20 offer. Then I am transferred to Cheryl's and told no we can't do that, I'm given a different date, then another by the manager. When I ask for a confirmation email I'm told one can not be provided. The shipment can't be expedited, but they can refund me and I can expedite the shipping. So if I can do it and pay more to have it done, why can't this glamorous company do the same. In short, NEVER AGAIN, will I use this company or any of its affiliates.

I ordered chocolate strawberries for my Daughter for Easter. I paid extra for Saturday delivery. Product didn’t arrive until Monday and strawberries were moldy. Disgusting. I’ll never order from them again, will demand refund, and report this BBB etc

I placed an order for my Mom for Mother's Day! When I placed the order, I was given the option of the delivery being on May 9th thru May 10th. I thought that would be fine as long as she had it by Friday so she could enjoy over the weekend. On Friday evening when she still did not get them I called the company who told me it would still be delivered yesterday. When I called it was 5:30pm so I knew that was not going to happen. But the person on the phone said no worries. Right, so today, still nothing. It's MOTHER's DAY tomorrow and nothing will be delivered on Sunday. My Mother is 90 years old. I live 1000 miles away from her which is why I had to send something to her. I should be able to count on the delivery date the company gives me. I called again today and I am told the tracking number. I look it up and these Berries are still in another state! There is no way she is going to get them today. I understand this company does a lot of business but I will NEVER, EVER order from here again. So disappointing. When you get them on the phone, they don't care, they already took your money. It does not matter how pretty or good the berries are if you can't get them there as promised.

What a rip-off. Never again.

Pissed aggravated and unacceptable

I placed an order thinking I would have no problems I use my PayPal and I was taken back to the site to complete my order there is no area where it says complete order it took me half an hour to figure this out going back-and-forth it’s showing that I needed to place the order so once again place the order once again no place to check out so both orders had money taken out from my account As I tried to call two or three times I finally speak to someone who tells me this site is down for maintenance. Not sure what kind of business this is but it was site is down for maintenance as I see it it’s always been notified the customer that the site is down for maintenance and please try again later there is nothing on the side so whoever tries to place an order will not be able to. The third time I called customer service I couldn’t even speak to a manager they keep telling me that the manager is stuck on a phone call with another customer which is BS. Did you explain the issue twice yes and my my what I’m upset about this and the site did not say down for maintenance RIDICULOUS
