What a friggin joke

Can I give you a 0 stars? I ordered on Monday with delivery set for Wednesday.
I paid extra for "rural" delivery, which is a load of crap. I paid for guaranteed Valentine's day delivery, I also paid additional for guaranteed morning delivery. None of this happened. When I call in at 2 pm, i find out that the delivery date has been updated to February 15th.
The day after Valentine's day. Talk about ruining Valentine's day for my wife? I have a person in a call center that at best can barely speak English. His accent is so heavy I have to ask for a manager to speak with because all he can tell me that I can understand is your delivery date has been updated to February 15th.
Let me tell you, repeating the same thing over and over is really a way to difuse the situation and make a customer happy. I proceed to go on Facebook to see about reviewing your company. Oh wait you can't do that because you've turned that option off. Go figure.
Wouldn't want everyone to know how horrible y'all are huh? I then go to the first post to post a comment about my experience. But then I find countless of the same almost exact same experiences. I'm so disappointed.
And then we get an email to tell us Hooray our order is on the way! Yaaaahh.......day late and a dollar short, literally. You couldn't have updated is yesterday? Or even this morning that my order was delayed.
Even though I paid about as much in shipping to "GUARANTEE" my order would be delivered on Valentine's day and before noon. Is that enough for "What made this experience terrible?" Based on the people that actually received their order I'm a little scared to see what's actually going to arrive. And you won't let people post pictures on facebook???
Oh my! Wow what a pitiful experience, but apparently I'm not the only one.

They offered a full refund
As her friends posted pictures of their flowers I grew ashamed and worried. I looked online and tracked my order was horrified to see that my delivery has delayed and my Valentine’s Day flowers will arrive 2-15 despite the guaranteed delivery.
They should’ve immediately informed me that I would have no flowers delivered for the holiday so that I can make other arrangements. I don’t know what to tell my wife.

Worst ever.....hung up on every time.
Valentines delivery......strawberries ruined...can not talk with anyone who speaks English....they keep hanging up on me....tried 3 times with no luck....hopefully my sister-in-law can cancel the credit card charges....they can't find our order...even the order # is incorrect....it's their order # ........now we are waiting to speak with a supervisor, but no one is available. They are real busy due to the holiday, so I feel bad for my family, who spent good money for a gift, but chose a fraudulent business to send out the gift.
Hopefully, other's will hear and decide to stop shopping with these people. Now they are arguing about whether the order was ever placed.

I ordered some covered strawberries with cake pops for my daughter for Valentine’s Day and i ordered it on feb. 8.
I paid extra for delivery to be delivered on Friday.14th but when i checked the status of the delivery it said estimated delivery will be feb. 15. I called customer service and told me they only deliver on Thursday. So i told the guy why would they do false advertisement and wanted to pay extra for delivery on Valentine’s date when they don’t deliver that day.
Need less to say this company is having false advertisement and over priced for shipping and handling and adding other surcharges. They hooked you with a cheap strawberries and when it comes to s&h and other charges it racks up your bill. I will never order from this company again.
I ordered a few times with the company and never disappoint me until now. I will never order anything from them anymore.
Shari’s Berries does NOT deliver (literally)
I would advise absolutely NO ONE to order from this place. My boyfriend placed an order to have these delivered on Valentine’s Day and paid extra to make sure it was delivered by noon.
Noon came and went, and still nothing showed up. Upon tracking the package, he learned that they had changed the delivery date to the day after. What is the point in ordering something for Valentine’s Day when it won’t be delivered on that day? He spent an hour on the phone trying to talk to customer service, being hung up on multiple times.
Finally, he is able to talk to someone just for them to tell him that he can either have a full refund and nothing will be delivered or he can pay the full price (including the extra that was paid for early delivery) and they will be delivered the day after Valentine’s Day. This is absolutely unacceptable and I feel everyone should be forewarned before they end up having to same problem.
If you want something delivered on the actual day you were told it would be, DO NOT order from this place. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment and go elsewhere.
Did Not Receive Order
Ordered berries & flowers to be delivered for Valentine's Day. The order was never delivered.
Very poor customer service, difficult to understand (possibly offshore) and difficult to deal with. They said their tracking indicated the order was delivered and signed for, except it was not delivered, and we've never heard of the name they claimed signed for it. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Shari's Berries and Pro Flowers are difficult to find on Yelp.
They hid behind their parent company Provide Commerce out of San Diego. A number of negative reviews out there about Provide Commerce.

Use Edible Arrangements instead!!!

Worst Valentine's Day gift Ever
I placed my order on Feb. 1st.
I paid for Guaranteed delivery and early morning delivery as offered on the website. The gift was supposed to be delivered before 10:30am on Feb. 14th. At 12:00 my wife had not text me yet and I had not received a conformation the delivery had been made.
I went on the website to find out the gift had just had a FedEx label created at 6:10am on Feb. 14 and still had not been picked up by FedEx. The FedEx website says anticipated delivery date 2-14 and scheduled delivery 2-15. You would think Sharis Berries would have been contacting me at that point this morning.
Nothing I called customer service to get some guy that could barely speak English. I repeated the order number 4 times and he kept says the phone line connection was breaking up. The connection seemed fine to me on my end. I finally asked him where he was located and he told me the Philippines.
All he had to say after he looked my order up is that they will be delivered tomorrow 2-15. I asked him if he knew that Valentine's day was today and if he noticed I paid for guaranteed delivery today 2-14. Kept telling me the berries will be delivered on Feb. 15th.
I lost my cool with him and demanded my money back. $98.17. He said he would get me a refund and the phone went on hold. I waited 20 minutes and no one came back on the phone.
I have emailed CS from the website and have not received a call back, a reason or an email back. Nothing. I view this as false advertising for a company to offer a service and charge you for it and not give you the service. It is not like I just ordered the berries the day before.
13 days in advance should have been plenty of time to get my order out on time and I should have been way up in the order list to get out on time. There is just no excuse for this and nothing to make up for the missed Valentine's Day gift. Needless to say my wife of 26 years is very understanding but this could be a horrible experience for some. My HR manager across the hall from my had this same experience two years ago and warned me about this company.
It looks like this company can not handle the big demands of holidays and over commits to orders.
Don't sell me a product and a service you can't delivery. My god it was only 50 miles from the shipping location to the delivery location.

I received the combo roses and strawberries for Mother’s Day. The roses were a complete loss.
Received on Saturday and they are ready to be tossed today (Tuesday). Some flowers were broken off stems when I received them. Many look rotted and the pedals were falling off. I was at home when they arrived and immediately did as was instructed.
The chocolate on the berries was cracked and the berries mushy.
Feel terrible for my kids who sent them. It was a total waste of their money!
