sent berries to a friend recovering and no information was on or in package as to who sent it. Was disappointed that I had to ask if they got a box I had ordered for her. She did say she enjoyed them - so good for that.

Received Green strawberries covered in chocolate. No refund offered, I was offered a 30% percent off on a product that cost at least $29.99. Making me buy a product that I was dissatisfied with --that is not customer service will not be shopping her3 again.

Same thing happened to me. They lied about sending it to my girlfriend's house as other UPS mail was delivered that day. I had to look at the order to see that "The receiver was not available for delivery"(which I was never notified about) when it clearly states on their website that the carrier will leave the package at the front door: https://www.berries.com/customercare.aspx
