I received a gift from my sister sent from your facility.
The roses were dead, and the chocolate dipped Strawberries looked like the size of cherries.
I was so so very disappointed, as my sister had spent her hard earned money on this gift.
I called your 877-237-7437 last evening and spoke with a representative named Fred, he spend 18 minutes on the phone with me tell me he was correcting and was going to send out a replacement of both. Then he got back on the line and told me he had to transfer me. 3 minutes later the phone line went dead.
So I spent almost a half hour on the phone with your customer service to become even more frustrated.
I would like to know how and when your company is going to replace my Christmas Gift that I will most likely not receive before the Holiday.
