I received a beautiful assortment of chocolate covered berries on my birthday. The enclosed card did not state who sent them to me.
I wanted to send a proper thank card so I called customer service to ask about the sender. They proceeded to tell me that per policy they could not tell me who was the sender. I then gave them 2 names of friends I thought may have sent them, and asked to confirm either name. They would not give me any information.
Are you kidding me?!! I want to acknowledge the sender. I’m not asking for an address, phone number, or any personal information EXCEPT the senders first name. This is absolutely ridiculous!
I will never buy/order anything from Shari’s Berries because of their lame “policy”.
Furthermore, I will share this scenario with my friends and colleagues.
I’m sure they will not use Shari’s Berries either. No one wants to do business with ridiculousness.
