I ordered not one but two different gifts at the same timed that would be delivered to two different people in two different states. I recieved the same problem with both orders.
Which is I recieved a delivery confirmation text only to find out that my best friend in MA and My daughter in VA did not receive the gifts. I first called the delivery company to find out what went wrong but they told me I needed to contact Sharies Berried to resolve the issue. After being put on hold for a substantial amount of time my representative was not compassionate for the disappointment I was going through because my gifts were not received on Valentine’s Day but she barely comprehended what I was saying to her.
She did agree to replace the lost shipment but currently they were sold out of my original orders. Very disappointing.
