I placed my order 7 days prior to February 14th and gift was to arrive on February 13th it is now the 16th and still package tracking says still in process. Costumer service keeps you on hold and disconnects a lot. This is B.S. Never use them again.

Sharis Berries review in Atlanta, Georgia: Received my berries without ice, three were broke up, they were warm. Scared to eat them.
This order really upset me when it was delivered. My husband has sent me berries before with no complaints. I received my gift at work. Opened box, no ice was in the box. When I opened the actual strawberry box, three were broke up and all of them were warm. I believe my husbands money should be refunded. Order number 331463038066-2

I placed an order well in advance of Mother's Day with delivery date scheduled for Mother's Day.The website promised an email when shipped & an email when delivered, as well as "we will make things right" slogan.On the day of Mother's Day without receiving an email & tracking not working, I called customer No-Service. An automated voice system announced ALL packages scheduled for delivery for Mother's Day were GUARANTEED to be delivered by 8:00pm on date of scheduled delivery.Needless to say, ALL empty promises & FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.My mother's package did not even ship until AFTER Mother's Day. Package was mailed after Mother's Day & After cancellation.

Well we had a problem buthat we spent 2 hours working our way up the ladder and not only got it delivered it was alost free. I suggest you you and ask to speak to a manager in the USA
