New ReviewerMy friend sent me a box of chocolate-covered strawberries for the bereavement of my mother. When I received the box, it was wet, and the strawberries looked as though someone threw up in the box.
I called my friend, got reimbursed, and they told me that they would send me another box to arrive on December 31st. I received a replacement yesterday on January 5th, and I could tell before I opened it that it was heavy and wet. When I opened it, again, all the strawberries were smashed, and the whole box was sticky, and I had to clean another mess. I called today and asked if they would replace the order and asked if they could overnight the order so that it wouldn't get lost in delivery.
They said no! Since my friend was reimbursed, they wouldn't be doing anything for my troubles.
This was a horrible experience. I wanted to let consumers know not to waste their money on this garbage!
