Sharis Berries in Mount Laurel, New Jersey - Phone service terrible

I am a return user. Trying to order on the phone is HORRIBLE. I spoke to 3 different reps, none of whom spoke understandable English. Not only can they not speak English they cannot understand it as they misspelled my email address after a lengthy conversation. Have you ever tried to use the call service? If someone has, the person in charge should be fired for cause. No way should you treat people who want to use your product in this manner. It is a classic example of how to screw up a simple process.

I won't deal with this company again! I received an order with no name. I called to find out who sent this order and they not only could not speak English enough to understand what I was saying or understand it but pushed me around from person to person. I was on the phone for twenty minutes to try to get an answer for a simple question and they finally hung up on me!
