Verified Reviewer |No on time delivery for our anniversary. Was supposed to be delivered a certain day for our anniversary because we were going out of town for the weekend. They didn't deliver on-time and was a day .

They didn't deliver on time for our wedding anniversary weekend. We wanted it delivered the day before we went away for our anniversary weekend.
It came a day late and late that evening after we had already left for the weekend. They were left on the front porch until we got back. So they were ruined and we lost our money and were very disappointed. We had no desserts to go with our wine that weekend.
We never will order again.

My friend sent me a box of chocolate-covered strawberries for the bereavement of my mother. When I received the box, it was wet, and the strawberries looked as though someone threw up in the box.
I called my friend, got reimbursed, and they told me that they would send me another box to arrive on December 31st. I received a replacement yesterday on January 5th, and I could tell before I opened it that it was heavy and wet. When I opened it, again, all the strawberries were smashed, and the whole box was sticky, and I had to clean another mess. I called today and asked if they would replace the order and asked if they could overnight the order so that it wouldn't get lost in delivery.
They said no! Since my friend was reimbursed, they wouldn't be doing anything for my troubles.
This was a horrible experience. I wanted to let consumers know not to waste their money on this garbage!

Obviously my initial experience was not good. Poor customer service, poor delivery, and poor quality product, but after lodging my complaint, they responded quickly, offered a new shipment and a $15 off coupon for future use.
The new shipment arrived in perfect condition with the ice packs still frozen (first order they were warm). So all went right with this order
I am unable to use your chat feature, but I need to lodge a complaint and request a refund. I was due to receive the berries on September 3rd; however, the berries were not received until the 4th.
Upon opening the berries covered in chocolate, the chocolate was partially melted, cracked, and the berries were sweating.
The ice packs were warm, and the contents did not smell right. I would like a refund for this purchase, please.

I received berries for Mother's Day which came three days late, and ALL of them were bad! They were so old that they smelled like liquor and they were fuzzy with mold.
Also, some of them were as small as dimes but ALL of them were crushed!!!
It's like they didn't even care and decided to ship me trash!!! I will no longer recommend Shari's Berries to anyone!!!

Ordered flowers for my 86-year-old mother to be delivered on Mother's Day or possibly the day before, May 10th. I got an email stating the flowers and fairies were delivered.
However, when my mother went out and checked, there was no package. Although I got a confirmation stating it was delivered, I called customer service. He also got a confirmation stating it was delivered, but there was no picture to prove that it was left at her address. We are getting a full refund; that is not the point.
We now have no flowers and no gift for my mother on Mother's Day, which could very well be her last given her age and some health issues. I think on top of being refunded my money, she should still get the flowers and berries, even though it's going to be after Mother's Day. Then, around 8:00 p.m. on May 10th, someone rang her doorbell, and when she got there, there was nothing.
I don't know if this was a delivery guy again coming back, taking a picture, and then taking the package for himself just to prove that he did deliver it. I don't know, but we are very, very, very disappointed in the service. Any further compensation would be greatly appreciated. This is so totally unacceptable.

I placed an order for Mother's Day for delivery on May 8. I found out today that my daughter will be gone on May 8th and wanted to change the delivery date to May 12th.
They said that I can't change it because it is already confirmed. I have bought from Shari's Berries for years but will not be using them again.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Paypal issued me a full refund.
They didn't even bother to reply to the PayPal claim. No apology, no explanation, just pure contempt for a paying customer.
I ordered flowers and dipped strawberries one month in advance, back on January 15th, for Valentine's Day delivery because I was going to be out of the country. I paid extra for guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery.
They arrived a day late. The flowers weren't as pretty as pictured; the strawberries were at room temperature because all of the ice packs had melted. A complete joke of a company.
I've filed a PayPal claim for a full refund. Thankfully, my sweetheart was understanding.
