The delivery was not done and didn't receive an email to explain why.
I placed an order for my friend's birthday and it was not delivered as it should have been on May 13. I did not receive an email to follow up or to explain why it wasn't delivered.

I received berries for Mother's Day which came three days late, and ALL of them were bad! They were so old that they smelled like liquor and they were fuzzy with mold.
Also, some of them were as small as dimes but ALL of them were crushed!!!
It's like they didn't even care and decided to ship me trash!!! I will no longer recommend Shari's Berries to anyone!!!

Ordered flowers for my 86-year-old mother to be delivered on Mother's Day or possibly the day before, May 10th. I got an email stating the flowers and fairies were delivered.
However, when my mother went out and checked, there was no package. Although I got a confirmation stating it was delivered, I called customer service. He also got a confirmation stating it was delivered, but there was no picture to prove that it was left at her address. We are getting a full refund; that is not the point.
We now have no flowers and no gift for my mother on Mother's Day, which could very well be her last given her age and some health issues. I think on top of being refunded my money, she should still get the flowers and berries, even though it's going to be after Mother's Day. Then, around 8:00 p.m. on May 10th, someone rang her doorbell, and when she got there, there was nothing.
I don't know if this was a delivery guy again coming back, taking a picture, and then taking the package for himself just to prove that he did deliver it. I don't know, but we are very, very, very disappointed in the service. Any further compensation would be greatly appreciated. This is so totally unacceptable.
Our hearts are broken that we could not deliver a gift to her on Mother's Day. Severely aggravated, Rebecca Hoffman.

I placed an order for Mother's Day for delivery on May 8. I found out today that my daughter will be gone on May 8th and wanted to change the delivery date to May 12th.
They said that I can't change it because it is already confirmed. I have bought from Shari's Berries for years but will not be using them again.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Paypal issued me a full refund.
They didn't even bother to reply to the PayPal claim. No apology, no explanation, just pure contempt for a paying customer.
I ordered flowers and dipped strawberries one month in advance, back on January 15th, for Valentine's Day delivery because I was going to be out of the country. I paid extra for guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery.
They arrived a day late. The flowers weren't as pretty as pictured; the strawberries were at room temperature because all of the ice packs had melted. A complete joke of a company.
I've filed a PayPal claim for a full refund. Thankfully, my sweetheart was understanding.

Horrible customer service can never contact a person when you your delivery was not delivered. I will never order from this company again.
My gift was never delivered horrible customer service from this company. I will never order from them again and I will put on social media exactly what happened the worst review Im going to write.
Poor Quality
I received a dozen from my daughter and 6 with a bouquet from my son for Mother's Day. The strawberries were watery and tasted completely unripe with no sweetness as well the chocolate covering was crumbly and falling off and bland. Very disappointing and certainly not worth the cost.

Terrible service
Half my order was delivered. Customer service is a chat bot only.
There is no option to speak with a liver person or to know who was contracted to deliver your order. It's scripted responses that do not actually follow through. It is day 3 now of an incomplete order.
They will only offer to refund 50%, and the order is still not complete. We are now past the dates of the purpose of this deliver.

On line customer support problem
Neglected to type in recipient's address when placing on line order. Immdiately called & spoke to customer rep & she said no order was received.
I was concerned order wd come to me but was assured it wd not. I reordered w correct address. Today I received a box of strawberries! I contacted Sharis Berries & had a "live chat" to no avail.
After typing in all the information I was informed that a customer service rep wd contact me but it wd cost me a refundable $5.00 fee!
This is ridiculous and will pursue other venues so I wont be double billed. Will NEVER use or recommend this company again.00000000000000000000

I ordered in plenty of time. The couriers delivered at 4:00 PM on a Friday to a doctor's office.
I guess they will find them rotten on Monday.

They never would agree to refund the order. They simply wanted to give a percentage off of my "next" order (crying laughing), and reship the order, 3 days late for Mother's Day. I simply swore I would never use them again and told them to shove it (or something to that effect).
The company could be honest about their practices. I truly don't believe the order was ever going to be here on time, and, based on other people's reactions, they suffered the same experiences.
It's a dishonest way to do business and you can't convince me otherwise. I will NEVER order from them again, under any circumstances. And the company wants to refund the delivery, or discount the next purchase.
Lol. It's really infuriating that people can still get away with this stuff in this day and age.

Yes, they dropped the ball. But you need to stop with the over the top dramatics.

“Given her age and health issues this may be her last”. A delivery may have eased your guilt for not visiting but it was no replacement in her mind.
Why are you asking for a full refund, when you state in your complaint it has been confirmed that you are getting one and "that is not even the point". Order from another vendor. Sure it will be late, but the meaning will be the same.
