"Your failure to provide the agreed upon service is not acceptable! You ruined my planned surprise for my wife and there's no fixing that.
I plan to refuse to accept this shipment and to dispute this charge to my credit card. I also plan to provide feedback to others on this terrible experience and to never do business with you or your company again. I sent you three emails yesterday and got no response. Your offer of $10 is way off.
You charged me $15 for Valentine's Day delivery and an additional $15 for morning delivery. Neither was accomplished.
At this time, I only want this deal to be canceled. You knew I would cancel which is why you waited until late last night to send me your apology email.
