I never actually made the order. Called customer service because the ordering process online froze up. Couldn’t understand the foreign accent of the service rep. Gave up and called Mrs. Field’s cookies. They were very accommodating. I ordered cookies instead.....

Had an awful experience ordering from Shari’s Berries for Mother’s Day 2018. The customer service rep kept calling me by a different name and was very confused with the ordering process.

It is obvious that English is not their first or even second language.

Will not spend a half an hour ordering from them again. Not worth the hassle.

I was on the phone twice for a half hour each time.I had to spell almost every word! Get people who can speak understandable english and understand english!I will NOT order again, first experience was ridiculous!!

I was on phone placing order for 40 minutes. All...done right?

Nope! When I called to check there was NO RECORD of my order.

So my 3 daughters will be disappointed on Valentines Day. And yet I placed a separate order for a daughter in a different state - but I placed it by internet - and it arrived safe and sound!!

After spending 18 min on the phone trying to order with someone who dont speak english very well.
