When I place my order it was no more than $32 I believe and when I checked my bank account they charged me $54 I don't remember there being a specific page or an upcharge for a Saturday delivery I was unhappy about it and I expressed that to the person on the line and they refunded all of my money needless to say I will order from you all again I will just be triple sure to check those prices although normally I'm very diligent about that

We ordered 3 separate orders for delivery to 3 different addresses. Only one was recd, Non english speaking rep very rude, could not answer questions about delivery. I would never recommend your companies products. Am calling credit card to cancel payment

When I finally got a hold of customer service all I got was were sorry that happened I'll place your order now I didn't want to place my order I wanted to do it online because I I wanted to put something on a card that I didn't want to be announcing over the telephone I my name s h a ri A n d e r s o n. I used to be a very good customer sent to my doctor's friends relatives now I remember why I stopped you had such wonderful customer service everyone so plate I wish I could say it's gotten better but it's gotten worse and I'm sorry to say I probably won't be ordering from Shari's Berries anymore and I'm really disappointed cuz you do have a good product but your customer service has not gotten better it's gotten worse if I had been able to order the product when I wanted to I wouldn't have had to spend special shipping all the customer service person could say to me is oh I can take your order then I have to pay special shipping I have to read what I want put on the card I wanted to see what was going on the card anyway there's no need for any of that I'm really disappointed because I have recommended to everyone and now I'm going to have to say hey I was wrong

I was told my recipients would be called before delivery ( just like with flowers) because the baskets are so perishable. But FedEx only dropped off with not even a signature! Five calls later and still got nowhere with Shari's Berries. Not even to call the recipient themselves to make sure they were home and received it! Terrible experience could not even speak to someone in the US to resolve the issue. Will never use them again.

Sharis Berries - Horrible Service / overpriced Shipping

Mother’s day was coming up – so I thought I would try something different instead of flowers I had received a code for free shipping. When I went to use it I could not send a greeting that worked. I kept getting try again messages. When I finally worked out that problem. I found out that one of my orders would not be delivered before mother’s day. So I did not send the order. The next day I called the 800 numbers. I got a person who thought my name was funny, she could not hear me very well she told me she was in the phillipansI told her I could not hear her and did not want to do a verbal order for 5 gifts. I hung up and called back. I got another person who had to comment on my name I could not hear them very well. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She would not transfer me. So I hung up. I finally figured out the web site odder but lost my free shipping – I was worried that my gifts would not arrive on time so I placed the order it was up almost $100.00 than it was the night before. I called the customer service line again the Philippians on Luck – they have a great product. But horrible on line ordering and customer service – I wrote a note to customer service they said they would contact me 2 days have gone by and I have not heard form anyone I would stay away from this company

We are trying to send a gift to my Mother-in-Law for the second year in a row, because she loved the gift we sent so much last year. We placed the order 30-April, and it was to have been delivered yesterday, 11-May. When we realized my husband had not been charged (and we hadn't received anything beyond the initial confirmation), he call customer service. He could barely understand the woman who took the call, but was assured the item would be delivered yesterday, and we received another confirmation. Today, we still had not heard more, so called again. The customer service rep asked the same questions over and over, and refused our requests for either her name, or to speak to a manager (she could fill out a form that would have someone respond to us in 24-48 hours for this item to have been delivered yesterday). We called a third time, and finally got someone who was able to tell us the item was cancelled last Thursday, because the name on the credit card (my husband) did not match the name on the Sherri's Berries account (mine). We had to figure this out ourselves, because they kept saying the billing address was wrong - which it was not. We have the same address, just different names. Finally, after both of us being on the phone for about an hour, this was resolved. I asked for confirmation that the item would arrive for my mother-in-law in time for Mother's day. No, the item we ordered was now unavailable, and would be there 23-May. I asked what other item could be sent in its place, and again was told the same things over and over. Communication with the service people was dreadful. I finally gave up. We're ordering from 1-800 Flowers and Fannie May.
