Sharis Berries - Late and 100 degrees in Phoenix
This were supposed to have been for Mother's Day instead we received them on the 16th of May. They couldn't explain why. When the arrived the interior of the box was hot. The chocolates were ready to melt and the roses were limp. As soon as they were put in water they drooped over and that was the end of them. A truly horrible experience. I called CS and they of course were very apologetic and projected many offers to make up for the bad experience. I told them that I wanted nothing more to do with them and that they could keep their offers. It is my intention to notify my bank and refuse the charges. Rush needs to screen his sponsors better.

Sharis Berries - Quality has really gone south...
My brother orders these every year for our mom in Mother’s Day. They have been good every year until this year. The chocolate was all broken up and the berries had leaked and made everything sticky. One berry had visible mold and all of the berries were very sour. They are sending a new box and refunded the shipping cost. I hope this next box is better.

Sharis Berries - Modly and mushy — awful service
STAY AWAY! —The berries were awful. They arrived and when the box was opened the berries were mushy, moldy and had that rotten fruit smell about them. I made 3 attempts to contact Shari’s Berries for a refund and no one would return my email or call. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
