Sharis Berries in Memphis, Tennessee - Non discloseure of all delivery costs prior to ordering
They charged me for 4 delivery charges. No company does that and I ave never heard any thing as absurd. The total in shipping charges was 42.96. Which by the way is about 80% of the cost of the product. There was never a clear breakdown of all of these delivery charges because there is no way I would have paid for that had I known tat it was a scam. They are completely covering it up. Why would they not show it on a screen just prior to clicking to order like Amazon and other reputable companies do? It is because they are trying to hide all of their high fees to fool consumers. Disgusting.

Ordered strawberries for my daughter’s 30th birthday. Never arrived. Called the company. I told the rep on phone what had happened. Her reply, “What do you want me to do?” Also, she was very difficult to understand. After 15 minutes on the phone, she told me my money would be refunded. However the amount was $30 dollars less than my card was charged. Aweful experience.

This place is a scam and I agree. Their shipping costs are unreal and not shown up front.
My $39 became an $82 order. They claim next day shipping, not true. I had to have it shipped the following day, and they still charged me for express delivery, which I had not idea was considered express delivery, and also charged me for morning delivery, when I never requested such.
Awful customer service as well since they were argumentative and never considered my frustrations. Run from this sight!

Update: They send out another order. The strawberries were huge and very good.
The fudge brownie cake pops very delicious. Decorated beautifully pink chocolate and white chocolate. If they can find a way to be consistent with their berries and orders arriving on time.
I think it could be a great company. They gave a full refund for the first order.
