Sharis Berries - Horrible experience- company didn’t deliver order
Ordered a Mother’s Day package from sherries berries for my mother-in-law in Georgia, originally stated on the calendar that they would be able to get the package to her on Saturday before Mother’s Day, only later to find out once we placed the order that we were pushed back an entire week to May 18. As of today I find out that the delivery was still not delivered and we are at May 19. The representative then tells me that the package will be delivered May 21st. Totally unacceptable, poor customer experience experience. Will never order from them again.

Ordered from this company for a mother's day delivery. Delivery never happened. Credit card charge showed pending for 3 days, then went away. It looks like they canceled the order on me and never told me. No idea why. This is horrible customer service if this is how you treat potential customers. Never again.

Sharis Berries in Toledo, Ohio - Not delieverd when promised
I placed an order for Mothers day on 4/29, paid for it to be delivered on May 10th. It didn't show up until May 13,the Monday after Mothers Day. My card was still charged the extra $4.99 for it to be delivered on the 10th. So,I feel scammed and would definitely not recommend. Plenty of other places that deliver. ON TIME even!

I ordered 12 strawberries but through the whole process it showed no other costs. I was supposed to be charged $29.99 but was charged over $64. Called company but was told they couldn't do anything but refund me $9.99... I am going through a 'contest on the charge'...

According to Sharis Berries shipping policy for most of the products, shipping is an additional fee. You will be given details on the costs specific to your delivery date and recipient location as you place your order.

What a rip-off. Never again.

Ordered stuff for mother’s day, to be delivered on 5/11. Had a confirmation email saying same. Kept email as “unread” to keep it towards the top of my emails in case I needed it again. 5/11 no delivery. Went to find confirmation email and it has disappeared totally -not in any of my email folders-yes I checked them ALL. Called them, was told I selected 5/17 for delivery. They offered to move up delivery date, but then quickly rescinded that offer. Cancelled order -they claimed to have sent me an email with confirmation of the cancellation as well as a duplicate of the original confirmation. No emails received... seems fishy. Will never use this company again!!!
