After receiving a dozen Shari's Berries I opened the box to find them almost destroyed. I contacted customer service once twice three times and 1/4 time and each time when I spoke to them and got to the point where I was unsatisfied I somehow got disconnected.
I called back and spoke with another customer service rep and the first thing I asked her was can you please take my phone number I keep getting disconnected and guess what, I got disconnected. I have ordered from Shari's Berries before and had no issue. My daughter has ordered for me from Shari's Berries. This is a ridiculous way to handle loyal customers.
I don't know if you Outsource your customer service but it was a very bad experience for me. And my issue is still not resolved.
